About Lara

Lara Deitz is a trial attorney at Gomez Trial Attorneys. Lara was born and raised in San Diego, California. Lara Deitz attended Texas Christian University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.


Upon graduation, Lara went on to attend California Western School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, completed a Business Law Concentration, with honors, and received various Academic Excellence Awards. During law school, Lara was a law clerk and post-bar law clerk for the General Council of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. 


Prior to joining Gomez Trial Attorneys, Lara was a litigation attorney at a prominent family law firm in San Diego, California, were she successfully litigated a broad range of family law matters.



When Lara is not busy advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ari Lieberman, and their two pets, Howdy and Uber.
